TRAVEL | BY CAR
TRAVEL | BY TRAIN
The nearest train station to the festival site is Rainford, a mere three minute walk away! Rainford is on the Kirkby branch line with all trains serving it being operated by Northern Trains, it is easily accessible from Liverpool and Manchester.
WELFARE
The onsite welfare space offers changing facilities, milk sterilisation and a quiet(er) space away from all the hubbub of our family festival.
In addition, our own welfare team are on hand to deal with all other aspects of, well, your welfare! Lost and found children, lost property, lost marbles, general information and advice.
SITE RULES & GUIDANCE
These are in additional to those in our terms and conditions.
Free camping in a tent is included in the full weekend ticket price.
NO GAZEBOS please.
Camp fires and BBQs are not permitted.
NO GLASS anywhere on-site please. Your own alcohol is permitted, but please decant into a non-glass container.
Camp site wardens will be stationed in the camping area throughout the festival to answer any questions.
Please respect your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially after 11pm.
No animals allowed on-site.
KIDS POLICY
Key workers managing the activities will be DBS checked.
Children under 18 are the responsibility of their guardian/parents and signage within the children’s area will alert adults of this.
Activities undertaken within the children’s area will be suitably risk assessed and any age restrictions will be applied by notice.
Water is available freely from points around our little site.
If you or your child requires medical attention, contact any member of staff or security who will then contact our medics.
DRUGS POLICY
Drugs are just as illegal here as they are at home.
The dealing in or use of illegal drugs is not condoned by Jesstival. It is illegal to take, to buy or to sell drugs. If you deal in drugs, it is likely that you will be arrested via security and handed over to Merseyside Constabulary. Neither anti-social nor illegal behaviour will be tolerated and participants will leave themselves liable for eviction from the site.
If you do take drugs and you become ill, frightened, or out of sorts in any way, please ask a steward to direct you to one of the many facilities on site which can help and support you.
AGE POLICY
All under 18s must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who is over 21 years old.
Under 25s will be asked to provide photo ID in order to access service at the site's bars.
Jesstival will not intentionally showcase content unsuitable for children. All comedy is rated PG (though, some of Rod’s dad jokes aren’t suitable for anyone, mostly because they’re not actually very funny). There may be age restrictions on some workshops.
