Frequently Asked Questions

“I can no longer attend the festival – can I have a refund?”

As per our terms and conditions, we cannot refund tickets. Proceeds go towards our chosen charities, however, there is nothing stopping you for popping your tickets up for resale on Twickets (for face value, don’t be silly with it) for someone to snap up. Someone else gets to go, you’re not out of pocket, proceeds go towards our chosen charities - it’s a win-win-win.

“Should I bring cash to the festival?”

You can do, but you don’t have to. All of our vendors will be taking card, though some may operate cashless, so do bear that in mind when you’re smashing your piggy bank.

“Is it a long way from the car park to the campsite? I've got loads of camping clobber.”

In short, no, not at all - especially not in comparison to most festivals. We are a tiny, independently run family festival, you’ll not be walking more than ten minutes from your car, to your camp for the weekend.

“Can we reserve some space in the campsite so that we can camp next to our friends?”

No, sorry! We recommend going in convoy together, but wherever you are, you’ll not be far from your mates. We’re only small.

“We are coming in a campervan but our friends aren't, can we camp next to them?”

Unfortunately not. The campervan/caravan/trailer tent field is separate from the tent camping field. Local authorities have concerns regarding motor vehicles and tents mixing so we have to limit this. However if you have a small utility tent you CAN erect this next to your caravan/campervan/trailer tent.

“I'm not the camping type. Can I leave site at night and return in the morning?”

We get it! Of course, you are free to come and go as you please. Just ensure you keep your wristbands (provided when your ticket is scanned upon first entry) on throughout the weekend. Our car parks are efficiently managed so you can get your vehicle out easily. Keep your ticket on you either way!

“Can I bring my dog, he's really well behaved?”

No, we’re really sorry. Trust, there is no one more gutted about this than us.
